Bilingual Receptionist

A medical clinic located in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for a bilingual receptionist who catches on quickly and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 

Hours: 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday with a possibility of overtime

Pay: $14-$16 an hour, depending on experience

DUTIES

• Perform all clerical and administrative duties for the medical office
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Greet patients
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage all patient and business records
• Process patient insurance
• Assist with accounting and bookkeeping
• Assist with marketing

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to work with little to no supervision
• Must be able to take initiative and identify tasks to be completed
• Must be able to multi-task
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn industry-specific software quickly
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with medical billing and coding (preferred)
