Customer Service/Order Data Entry

Warranty service company looking for a Customer Service/Order Data Entry that is detailed oriented and good communication skills. This position would be located in Sherwood, AR.

Duties:

• Process warranty work orders.
• Work with insurance companies regarding warranties.
• Keep up to date with work sites.
• Input all information into computer system.

Requirements:

• Proficient with different computer systems.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience with warranties would be preferred.

This would be a temporary to permanent position, if hired for the position a background check and drug test is required.
