Shop Floor Coordinator

A jet manufacturer in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for a well-qualified Shop Floor Coordinator with a solid history of data input and tracking.

This is a contract position.

Friday-Sunday; 5PM-5AM

Pay: $23/hour

DUTIES:

• Load/capacity monitoring of assigned area
• Monitoring and tracking performance of assigned area to the Industrial Master Schedule (IMS)
• Expediting and resolution of problems concerning IMS production orders
• Process improvement

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in aircraft (or related) production/manufacturing field
• Working knowledge of schedules and flow charts
• Experience in project management/work flow (preferred)
• Analytical skills
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Must be able to function throughout the total facility, including up and down stairs and in and out of aircraft with or without reasonable accommodation
