Company seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Clerk to join our team. Will be a direct hire placement.

Monday-Friday; traditional business hours.

Pay: $18.00/hour

After probation period raise would be offered.

Responsibilities

• Remote into copiers and download information to upload on new copier.
• Resolve with any issues.
• Remote into copier to assist with issues.
• Complete any task assigned by management.

Skills

• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
