We also perform reference checks and employment verifications to ensure each client is being introduced to a qualified candidate.
Once you offer a candidate the job, Skills Unlimited will run a criminal background check automatically. If your background needs go beyond a national criminal check, such as education verification or a credit check, we can tailor any background check to fit your needs.
As a small, locally-owned business, we are able to work with our clients to find a reasonable and competitive rate that will fit your budget. You may speak to any of our staff to develop a plan that is right for you.
With our temp-to-hire conversion time, you and the candidate will have the opportunity to ensure that it is the right fit for both of you. After the conversion time has ended, you may transfer your new associate to your payroll at no additional cost.
If you would like to transfer your associate to your payroll before the conversion time has ended, we will pro-rate time remaining on the conversion.
