HVAC Counter Sales

Local HVAC distribution company looking for Counter Sales Associate for their Conway location. Looking for a candidate that can build customer relationships, provide good customer service and knowledge with product 

Located in Conway, AR.

Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:30

$15.00 an hour

Duties:
-Answer incoming calls or texts and greet customers and assist them in finding products

- Utilize point-of-sale computer system to confirm inventory, quote, process orders and payments, and process customer returns and warranties.

-Assist customers in making product selections by asking questions.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

- Upsell products to meet customer needs

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism

Skills:
- Counter sales experience is required.

- Candidate with HVAC experience would be a plus.

- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Work well with team environment, ask questions, seek advice, accept positive feedback.

Background check will be required if offered the position.
