HVAC Counter Sales

Local HVAC distribution company seeking a Counter Sales Associate. Looking for a candidate that can build customer relationships, provide good customer service and knowledge with product 

Located in Conway, AR.

Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm

$16.25 an hour

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and greet customers and assist them in finding products
• Utilize point-of-sale computer system to confirm inventory, quote, process orders and payments, and process customer returns and warranties.
• Assist customers in making product selections by asking questions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
• Upsell products to meet customer needs

Qualifications: 

• Counter sales experience is required.
• Candidate with HVAC experience would be a plus.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  

Background check will be required if offered the position.
