Administrative Assistant

State agency seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Analyst to join our team.

They are looking to hire immediately.

This will be a contract position; end of March or beginning of April

Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

Overtime is required that would be short notice. 

$19/hour

Responsibilities

• Research data as requested and prepare reports of findings.
• Provide information and assistance in assigned areas as required.
• Provide staff support to committees, including assist committee chair by preparing agendas, notices, and other documents required for meetings.
• Manage materials displayed on members'' tablets during each meeting.
• Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Administrative experience is required.
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
