Bilingual Customer Order Representative

Seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide support for Medicaid Non-Emergency Transportation Helpline. Responsible for the resolution of customer/beneficiary complaints/issues and requests including research, investigation, policy review, documentation and follow up.

Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish.

This will be a remote position; candidate must reside in Central Arkansas. 

There will be on-site training, located in Little Rock, AR

This would be a temporary position that has potential to become permanent.

Monday-Friday; 8am-4:30pm. 

Would need to be able to work until 5pm one day out of the week.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED; will be verified.
• Must have two years' experience in health care community and research, and complex complaint resolution.
• Able to type 50 wpm; an assessment will be required.
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Experience in Medicaid and/or non-emergency medical transportation (preferred)

If candidate is hired the following will conducted:

• Criminal background check
• Drug test along with nicotine test.
• Child and adult maltreatment registry report.
• Verification of education.
