Maintenance Technician

Apartment complex in Little Rock is looking for a maintenance technician. 

This position will be temporary however has potential to become permanent.

Hours: 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday

Pay: $18/hour 

Needing to hire immediately.

Duties include:

• Minor repairs
• Complete work orders
• Appliance installation
• Make readies
• Grounds keeping
• Assist with any tasks assigned my manager

Qualifications:

At least twos year of experience in residential maintenance, plumbing, electrical, etc.

Must have a clean background.
