Alarm Dispatcher

A residential and commercial alarm company located in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for an Alarm Monitor/Dispatcher who is dependable and professional with excellent customer service skills and works well under pressure. This is an onsite position.

Monday-Friday; 2:30pm-10:30pm

Pay: $12 an hour

This is long-term temporary position.

DUTIES

• Monitor alarms for residential and commercial customers
• Call owner/manage if alarm goes off
• Follow company procedures to dispatch appropriate emergency services when necessary
• Must have good customer service and computer skills
