CPA firm looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Location: Little Rock, AR
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
Pay: $16-$19/hour
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating mail services
- Scan documents into system and save under correct file.
- Keep up with tax logs daily.
- Support administrative tasks including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting other staff members as needed
Requirements
- Must have experience in office management or reception.
- Previous experience in office or administrative support.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong typing speed and proofreading skills for document accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
This would be a temp to hire position; once employee is taken on permanent will be eligible for company benefits.
