Equipment Technician

Local utility company seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess a wide range of technical skills. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of equipment; like plant equipment and pump stations.

This will be a contract position for roughly 60 days.

Tuesday-Friday; 6:30am-5:00pm 

$23.16/hour

Duties:
-Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating.
-Performs major and minor maintenance on equipment, including overhaul.
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
-Keeps accurate and detailed records of all work performed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must have valid Arkansas Drivers License

-Must have general mechanical experience

- Read, write, and work simple arithmetic.

- General knowledge of mechanic tools, devices and terms.
