Facility Maintenance Tech.

City utility company looking for a Facility Maintenance Tech to help perform a variety of skilled and/or semi-skilled maintenance and construction work and manual tasks as directed.

This would be a temporary position for 3-6 months possibly longer and would like to get someone started immediately.

Work Four, 10-hour shifts. Tuesday-Friday.

$19-$33/hour DOE

Location: Little Rock, AR

Duties:

• Receive work assignments from supervisor.
• Reports possible problems in the facilities, grounds, or any other area.
• Clean tools and equipment and returns to proper storage area.
• Complete a maintenance job report; daily and once each job is worked.
• Able to obtain/maintain backhoe, fork truck and aerial lift training.
• Complete any tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have valid Arkansas driver's license.
• Experience in facility maintenance ranging from carpentry, plumbing, flooring, landscaping, etc.
• Require background check and drug test.
