Member Service Representative

Non-profit in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for customer service representatives to contact Medicaid recipients and verify contact information in preparation for the expiration of the Public Health Emergency Declaration.

This is a long term temporary assignment.

Pay: $15 an hour

Opportunity for bonuses. 

Location: Little Rock, AR

Hours:

Three weeks of training: 8:00 to 4:30

Permanent shift: 10:30am to 7:00pm

This is a remote position available to those living in Central Arkansas.

DUTIES

• Make outbound calls to Medicaid recipients to confirm contact information
• Answer any questions or concerns Medicaid recipients may have regarding the expiration of the PHE
• Log all information correctly into the organization's database
• Must maintain a distraction-free work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED; will be verified. 
• Must have two years' experience in a call center environment
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Experience in a medical setting (preferred)
• Bilingual would be a plus

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING

• Drug test
• Nicotine Test
• DHS Child and Adult Maltreatment Central Registry report
• Proof of COVID vaccination or religious/medical exemption form
• Once considered for the position, multiple assessments will be required.
