Payroll Director

Dealership seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the payroll department, processing payroll for 300+ employees, handle multiple pay plan types, processing payroll taxes and tracking payroll benefits for accuracy.

Monday-Friday; 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm

$24/hour-$30/hour

Duties

• Process payroll for 300+ employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Process payroll taxes.
• Handle multiple pay plan types; i.e. commission, bonuses, hourly, salary.
• Prepare reports to upper management related to payroll metrics and assist in audits as necessary.
• Maintain and track payroll benefits for accuracy.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have payroll management experience.
• Dealership experience would be a plus.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels within the organization.

This would be a temporary to permanent position; once the employee goes on permanent they will be eligible for benefits.
