Company located in Sherwood, AR looking for a Customer Order Representative.

Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

Pay: $15.00/hour

Location: Little Rock, AR

Duties

• Assist customers with technician appointments.
• Enter in work orders to be processed.
• Utilize Salesforce software with order entry.
• Maintain professionalism through effective phone etiquette and communication skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in a call center/customer service is required.
• Experience using Salesforce would be a plus.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.

If offered the position background check and drug test will be conducted.

This would be a temporary to permanent position.
