Administrative Clerk

Security company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk. 


Hours: 8:00-5:00, Monday through Friday

Pay: $15-$17 an hour DOE


DUTIES

  • Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
  • Post payments to customers accounts.
  • Prepare invoices to go out to customers.
  • Make copies of checks to be filed with invoices.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access to information.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using.
  • Assist with any tasks assigned for office operations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Three (3) years of consistent office experience


If offered the position a background check will be conducted; no felonies or misdemeanors. 


This would be a temporary to permanent position; would be eligible for benefits once taken on permanent
